Choice Microenterprise Microloan Program

Are you looking to start or grow your business in one of the Choice Neighborhoods? We know that starting a new venture or continuing the one you have can be tough, but with the Choice Microenterprise Microloan Program, you can make your vision become a reality! USI’s partner organization, Justine Petersen, will be administering a microenterprise loan fund for residents of the Near North Side. There are no fees, interest, or collateral requirements on the loan. Residents can apply for up to $10,000!

Historical Interpretative Signage RFP

Urban Strategies, Inc. (USI) in partnership with the City of St. Louis Community Development Agency (CDA) is seeking qualifications from teams to write, design, construct, and install historical interpretative signage at seven locations on the Near North Side, and to create a design template/standards for future interpretative signage in the City of St. Louis. The signage should be permanent, durable, take into consideration accessibility and universal design principles, and include pictures and text.
